Terms of service

1.       Goods one sold cannot be returned. Only size exchange of the same garment is allowed within 5 days from the date of invoice and only upon return of the old garment. The amount cannot be transferred to another garment.

2.       In case, the exchanged good has been damaged or altered, FEMPIRE holds the right to deny the exchange.

3.       The garments will only be dispatched once the payment confirmation is received.

4.       The billing address is considered to be the shipping address unless stated otherwise.

 For international deliveries, please confirm it with a FEMPIRE representative.
